Very nice front desk people!!! They were so accommodating to perform a pre-purchase check up on a van I was looking at. Let me tell you, the value of having this done saved me 1350.00 in minor repairs and maintenance that the dealership agreed to complete before I took ownership of the car. It gave me more peace of mind to have professional eyes on it before i bought it.

Sending many thanks to Metric Motors for the repair, customer service & responsiveness related to 2016 Infiniti engine oil cooler & gasket replacement. Was concerned about minor leak. Metric used borescope (I think) to confirm with a picture. Had to be Infiniti part, plus gaskets were on back order. Tia & team kept us apprised of status the entire time. Always value the work quality. Also, the text communications with links to work order is convenient. Don’t have a the right words to express my gratitude for Metric Motors, the work & my positive experience. Will be returning again as needed. Thanks Tia & company. Much appreciated.

We have been coming here for years and I need to tell you all this shop is family. Recently my car started to stall and click. I called and they had genuine concern when they said to bring it in. They told me I was close to a blown engine from a loose oil cap (story for another business). They saved my car and made me feel truly cared about. I had my WRX towed to the shop when the clutch went out. Staff that answered my calls and scheduled everything were super helpful and friendly. They didn’t charge me for diagnosing. They called to confirm what was needed and sent me a text with a quote for parts and service to confirm. They had the parts to their shop and repairs made quickly. I was in no hurry for my car back but they exceeded my expectations for making the repairs and getting it back on the road. The cost of repair was fair for the work completed. I would highly recommend this shop over a dealership for repairs or service. Thanks for taking care of my car and being a solid trusted shop.

My heater on my S550 Mercedes Bentz wasn't blowing warm air. Took it in on a Monday and pick it up on Wednesday. I never expected a very fast turn around. The front desk ladies are very nice and knowledgeable about autos. I will always take my cars there for service. You can't beat the prices or first class service.
