I have used Metric Motors for a ton of repairs and maintenance on my Subaru Outback with 150,000 miles. Its miles are getting up there and I’m often doing a lot of maintenance to make sure it keeps running smoothly. The crew at MM is always incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They’ve taken great care of both me & my car and I will definitely continue to keep coming back to them for all my maintenance. Fair & transparent pricing and great service. I highly recommend them.

I dropped my car off for diagnostics this morning and they were unable to identify the issue due to a specialized Jeep software they do not partake in. He called me promptly and notified me of the issue and apologized for not being able to service my vehicle, which I completely understand! They were professional and kind. I would highly recommend Metric Motors strictly from their professionalism and their honesty! I so appreciate Sam in keeping me updated on everything that's going on. I will definitely use them for the future!

My wife and I were running errands in Edmond last week (we live north of Duncan now), and our 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid developed a problem under the vehicle (something was dragging, but we couldn't reach it to find out more). Having used Metric Motors many times in the past, we decided to stop by despite not having an appointment. The service advisor was polite and courteous and asked us to have a seat in the waiting area. Fifteen minutes later, she came back and said the problem was fixed and our SUV was ready to get back on the road. That's the Metric Motors we remember - professional, competent, and truly helpful. They are experts with my vehicles. I have brought my Honda Fit and Dodge Ram Bighorn to metrics for 5 years now. My son also brings his cars too. It was always a run around with the ford dealerships he says. Metric Motors straightened out his Ford truck where ford couldn't. I trust Metric Motors. I found them when I was an uber driver. 👏 I highly recommend Metric Motors for your car repairs and your "check to buy" assessment before purchasing a car. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they always try to accommodate your schedule. The waiting room had keurig coffee ☕️ and biscotti 🫓 and best of all, "Shark Man", 🦈 on tv today, while I waited. I 💚 this business and have been bringing cars 🚗 🚘 here for the past 12 years and will continue to patronize it. 😊

New customer as of this summer for a used vehicle I got with 110K on it. Price compared with routine maintenance charges across at least 3 different mechanics as well as dealership charges; easily the most reasonable combined with the best overall reviews. Quoted me a price about 1 month before I brough it in and never dealt with any upsell nonsense. Additionally they worked with me to take care of two separate things that need to be done at 100K at the same time which helped save at least 2-3 hours of labor. If that wasn't enough, the front desk staff is also extremely knowledgeable and can refer you across their network for body shop, electronic needs, key fob programming etc. Metric absolutely deserves all 5 stars and that still might not be enough.

Super fast service, had my car back the same day despite dozens of cars in the lot it looked like. Woman at the front desk who helped me was super nice and helpful. They got back to me really quickly with a very honest synopsis of what would be best for my car, not simply the most expensive option. No charge for the appointment either since no work ended up being done. Would highly recommend and would definitely come again!!

Called dealership for cost of brake job in my Audi Q7 and thought I would check with Metic Motors as I always see Audi’s when I drive by. Glad I did as MM’s cost was significantly less. Got in two days after my call and done in one day, plus I had them do two other things, headlight and seat issue. Will go back and refer anyone with Audi or BMW without Hesitation.
