They are experts with my vehicles. I have brought my Honda Fit and Dodge Ram Bighorn to metrics for 5 years now. My son also brings his cars too. It was always a run around with the ford dealerships he says. Metric Motors straightened out his Ford truck where ford couldn't. I trust Metric Motors. I found them when I was an uber driver. 👏 I highly recommend Metric Motors for your car repairs and your "check to buy" assessment before purchasing a car. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they always try to accommodate your schedule. The waiting room had keurig coffee ☕️ and biscotti 🫓 and best of all, "Shark Man", 🦈 on tv today, while I waited. I 💚 this business and have been bringing cars 🚗 🚘 here for the past 12 years and will continue to patronize it. 😊

New customer as of this summer for a used vehicle I got with 110K on it. Price compared with routine maintenance charges across at least 3 different mechanics as well as dealership charges; easily the most reasonable combined with the best overall reviews. Quoted me a price about 1 month before I brough it in and never dealt with any upsell nonsense. Additionally they worked with me to take care of two separate things that need to be done at 100K at the same time which helped save at least 2-3 hours of labor. If that wasn't enough, the front desk staff is also extremely knowledgeable and can refer you across their network for body shop, electronic needs, key fob programming etc. Metric absolutely deserves all 5 stars and that still might not be enough.

Super fast service, had my car back the same day despite dozens of cars in the lot it looked like. Woman at the front desk who helped me was super nice and helpful. They got back to me really quickly with a very honest synopsis of what would be best for my car, not simply the most expensive option. No charge for the appointment either since no work ended up being done. Would highly recommend and would definitely come again!!

Called dealership for cost of brake job in my Audi Q7 and thought I would check with Metic Motors as I always see Audi’s when I drive by. Glad I did as MM’s cost was significantly less. Got in two days after my call and done in one day, plus I had them do two other things, headlight and seat issue. Will go back and refer anyone with Audi or BMW without Hesitation. The front desk was amazing. The two women the operate the phone and client outreach are 10/10 unlike most auto repair shops. I thought I had a serious problem with my engine overheating and turns out it was a quick fix. I was happy to pay my bill even if it would have a worse case scenario because the professionalism displayed from the front desk to the mechanic. They didn’t try to implement shady tactics or smoke and mirrors. I will happily use them again and I didn’t even “price shop” because I enjoyed my experience so much. I can’t recommend this company enough.
